All sessions are by appointment: All private, semi-private, and group sessions are available by appointment.

Payment:For all sessions, payment is expected at the time of the appointment or in advance of your appointment time.

Expiration: Packages expire after one year, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation policy: The customary 24-hour cancellation notice for sessions is greatly appreciated. You will be charged for cancellations with less then 24-hours notice and for missed appointments.

Session length: All sessions and classes are 55 minutes in length.

Holidays: We are closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Instructor substitution: Instructors may be substituted without notice.

Mobile phones:We ask that you help us maintain a focused and peaceful environment by refraining from using cell phones during your visit. Please turn off all phones, PDAs and pagers before entering the studio.
