Kelly McBride is proud to be the first and only Master Pilates Specialist of Pre/Postpartum Pilates in the tri-state area, who is solely dedicated to Prenatal and Postpartum PILATES for pregnant and recovering mothers. She is trained to teach programs specifically designed to encourage body awareness to improve the health and wellbeing of her prenatal and postpartum clients.

Kelly is a mother of three children who has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. After completing a Comprehensive Pilates Certification Program she earned a Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates Specialist Certification from the Center for Women’s Fitness. Kelly has completed her apprenticeship under Master teacher, Carolyne Anthony, founder of TCWF, to become a Master Instructor of Pre & Post-natal Pilates Rehabilitation.

Kelly has gone through highly regarded, rigorous training programs, requiring apprentice teaching, training in anatomy and rehabilitation. With over 500 traditional exercises, and many more newly adapted exercises, you'll find there's plenty to keep you challenged, but always a modification or alternate movement to make your workout safe and appropriate for your body. With extensive training in prenatal and postpartum Pilates fitness for women, she has the expertise that discerning clients seek.
